It feels like only yesterday I was sharing with you the first Phase Zero Launch, their exciting collection of 9 lip products. After blowing me away with their high quality products, and playful shades, they have done it again. At the beginning of March, they released 23 shimmer shadows, 12 of which I’m going to share with you.
