Dean Brochard have just launched their Lueur Collection and I can’t wait to share it with you. The collection is effortlessly sophisticated and has a really timeless (pun intended) style. Here is how I have been styling this beautiful timepiece.

Telling More Than Time

An accessory can really complete a look, even a casual one. As soon as I get dressed in the morning, I like to pick out a few key accessories to compliment what I am wearing. Something that embodies my style, gives that finishing touch, and an extra dose of confidence to seize the day.

Checking the time is habitual for so many of us.

I have worn watches since my teenage years. A watch is an essential even in the age of smartphones. I was immediately drawn to the Dean Brochard Lueur collection, not only because the range is sophisticated and luxurious but it’s truly timeless design makes it an accessory that will last.

It’s warming up here in the U.K. so I have definitely lost a few layers now it’s spring. I often gravitate towards skinny fit jeans or leggings and a loose fitting oversized blouse in this weather. It’s perfect for the cooler morning and forgiving in the warmer afternoons. The combination of oversized and fitted keeps my silhouette but is more comfortable as I move through the day. As my smart-casual style can be simple, I love to elevate my outfits with a few key accessories.

Paired with:

Usually my gold mini hoop earrings, occasionally a dainty necklace and of course my stunning new Dean Brochard watch. The square face of my Classique watch is so chic. It makes for an elegant focal point on my wrist and really ties my look together. The traditional style really compliments my wardrobe. I love to keep my accessories minimal and let them draw the eye, it’s in my opinion the key to an easy effortless put-together look.

The Classique 

I have small wrists and often watches can look bulky on me but the Lueur Collection has women’s watches that come in a 23mm strap (or 26mm if preferred) which is just perfect for my dainty wrists. I chose the Classique style in rose gold with a white dial and dark brown strap. The softer colour palette felt more feminine and complimentary to my style. If you prefer another colour combination the choice is yours, each outcome creates a beautiful elegant everyday accessory to add that finishing touch. 

The Lueur Collection

Within the Lueur Collection you can find two watch series – The Classique (what I am wearing) features the roman numerals and the Legende. Equally beautiful but with a line style dial.

Both feature the the iconic rectangle face available in light or dark and an interchangeable leather strap. My watch has a butterfly clasp underneath the strap for added security.
