So much of what I value is represented by the brand. I’m really excited to tell you what I think!

Juno Skin Clean 10 Cleansing Balm | £13.99

Step one is the Clean 10 Cleansing Balm. This is an oil-based cleanser and suitable for all skin types. It gets it’s name from the fact it has just 10 key ingredients. The star being Japanese Barley Magic. Sounds fantastic, right? This key ingredient contains vitamins and antioxidants that help to brighten the skin and remove dark spots. Clean 10 Cleansing Balm thoroughly cleanses your skin, removing all traces of makeup, dirt, and sunscreen, leaving it smooth, clean, and ready for a second cleanse or serum.

Before applying to my skin, I prefer to warm a scoop in my palms. This silky balm melts into an oil as I massage it into my skin in delicate circular strokes. It’s very gentle, even on my eyes, and it’s the ideal product to use with the Cleansing Cookie. I don’t have to scrub my sensitive skin because the balm is so smooth and emulsifies effortlessly. 

It has a subtle but delightful natural tangerine scent. Cleansing balms are always a good first step, and the Clean 10 balm has been a terrific addition to my routine. My skin feels really clean with minimal effort. It also costs half as much as a lot of the cleaning balms I’ve tested and loved. A win-win. The Tiktok hype is real!

Juno & Co. Cleansing Cookie | £7

Let’s be honest, the sound of a Cleansing Cookie makes you want to grab one right now, right? This reusable cleansing pad is made with a polyester and cotton microfiber blend and is really soft and squishy. To use it, soak it in warm water and use it with your cleanser to remove makeup from your face, even mascara. It’s machine washable, gentle, non-toxic, and a great alternative to polluting face wipes.

I’d never used a reusable cleansing pad before and was sceptical about its effectiveness. I was ready to put this to the test after a full day of wearing makeup. To begin with, I take some Clean 10 Cleansing Balm and work that into my skin, then using circular motions, I I use the cleansing cookie to gently massage my skin until all traces of makeup are gone.

It feels like rubbing a cloud on your face. It’s just so enjoyable to use. I expected to have to rub my skin a lot, but I was pleasantly pleased that I didn’t. This swiftly removed all traces of my makeup with a few swipes. In less than a minute, my skin was clean and ready for my second cleanse.

I’ve used and washed this several times since my initial test. It always looks brand new when it comes out of the washing machine. To retain the texture, I would not recommend adding fabric conditioner to the wash. If you like the convenience of face wipes, this is an excellent environmental swap. This is also a great option for travel. It makes my cleanser more efficient and helps keep my skin feeling soft.

Juno Skin Clarifying Cleansing Powder | £15

Last but by no means least, let me introduce you to the Clarifying Cleansing Powder. This is a product you didn’t know you needed, until you try it. After using the Clean 10 balm I like to follow with this when my skin feels congested. It contains papaya enzymes and rice powder to exfoliate and hyaluronic acid to hydrate.

It’s a cleanser in a powder form, by adding a few drops of water it transforms to a gentle exfoliating paste. I like to tap a small amount onto my hands, get a tiny bit of water in the mix and apply to my skin in circular motions (avoid your eyes with this one). It gets ever so slightly foamy to help go deeper into your skin. This reveals softer skin immediately. It’s also so effective at clearing pores and black heads.

My skin looks wonderful after using the Clarifying Cleansing Powder. I can tell a difference in the texture of my skin, and I adore how bright and radiant it looks. This is gentle enough for my delicate skin and does not irritate it. It has a pleasant aroma that isn’t overpowering. This is fantastic; it’s glowing skin in a bottle.

Worth The Hype?

Yes, in my opinion. I want skincare that works and isn’t hurting the planet in the process. JUNOCO ticks those boxes and more. They recognise that people have different skin concerns, but ultimately we all want to just feel confident in our own skin. Their products are affordable without comprising on quality. A complex and rigorous skincare routine is just not the vibe, we want simplicity. A routine we can keep up with and feel good about. They prioritise active ingredients to make sure your skin is getting what it needed and nothing else.
