Glitz The Season
Every holiday season, Soap and Glory treats us too some truly fabulous gifts sets, sure to delight all. This year is no exception, their Glitz The Season circus theme sets may be my favourite collection yet. Perfect for the gifting season, I can’t imagine anyone wouldn’t be delighted to see a familiar pink box hidden underneath the tree.

Soap and Glory very kindly sent me three kits from their Glitz The Season holiday range to share. They have some amazing value sets out at the moment. So it’s well worth heading to Boots (if you’re in the UK) or Ulta (if you’re in the USA) to see what’s available. I have reviewed some more Soap and Glory products in a previous post, click here to catch up if you missed it!
The Pinkcredibles | £10
The Pinkcredibles set contains many of Soap and Glory’s classic products. An ideal set for someone new to Soap and Glory, or someone who adores their signature pink scent and classic products. Five products and a cute keepsake tin for £10 is a really amazing deal. This would be a perfect secret Santa gift, as I can’t think of anyone who wouldn’t enjoy these products.
Skincare & Bodycare Set Contains:
The Righteous Butter Body Moisturiser 50ml
The Righteous Butter is a cult classic and one of their most well-known products. This thick and rich body moisturiser, sinks straight into my skin without leaving it feeling sticky. As I have extremely dry skin, I don’t use this product consecutively, as it does make my skin feel a little dry with continual use, but once in awhile or if I’m going away for a few days. It’s a perfect treat.
Scrub of Your Life Body Buffer 50ml
I have been through several tubes of Scrub of Your Life over the years. It’s a really effective body buffer, to exfoliate the skin and leave you feeling silky soft. I find the tube format convenient, although it does take some extra squeezing near the end. The thick clear gel really clings to the skin allowing you to rub the beads in for a properly scrubby exfoliation.
Hand Food Hand Cream 50ml
I have always got a tube of Hand Food in my house, in fact currently, I have several. This a wonderfully rich and moisturising hand cream, that really is a winter essential. The perfect size for my handbag, I never leave home without a tube of Hand Food. The light rose and bergamot scent, is really divine and I don’t find it greasy upon application.
Clean on Me Creamy Shower Gel 75ml
Luxuriously foamy and a pleasure to use, Clean On Me is a real shower treat. Like most of the products in this set, Clean On Me is a staple of mine and a product I can whole heartedly recommend. The scent is divine and it leaves my skin feeling comfortable and soft. These little bottles last a while too. Win Win!
Radiance-Boosting Mask Sheet Mask x1
Last but not least, this set includes one of their Radiance-Boosting Sheet Masks. I love that they have included one skincare product in the set, as I think this a product that will be new to most people. I have tried their peel off masks but not their sheet masks, so I’m really excited to test this out. As it contains Vitamin C, I’m really hoping this will give my skin a beautiful glow. A perfect finishing product to a proper pamper session.
This set is in my opinion, the best value kit, as each product works out to be only £2. They are amazing luxury travel sizes and firm favourites, that I have used time and time again. The only new to me product is the sheet mask which I can’t wait to test. If you prefer Sugar Crush, The Zest of Times set (also £10 for five products in a tin) is a very similar format for the same price but with a divine lime scent.
Naughty But Spice Duo| £5
The Naughty but Spice Duo contains two classic products revamped with a new scent. The limited edition scent; Naughty But Spice smells like baked plum and cinnamon. I’m absolutely addicted to these, this may be my favourite scent ever. The scent really lingers on the skin and makes me smell like a Christmas treat. Such a winning duo and a total bargain. These travel sizes will be coming with me as I head home for Christmas.
Bodycare Set Contains:
This Butter Be Good hydrating Body Butter 50ml
This Butter Be Good, is better than good, it’s heaven in a tub. I want to stick my face in this and never remove it. It just smells so good! The texture and formula feels identical to The Righteous Butter but with the Naughty but Spice scent. I’m hoping they make this a repeating scent next year, as I’m already worried about it running out.
Best Washes Spiced Body Wash 75ml
This dynamic duo also contains the Best Washes body wash in the same incredible scent. It has more of a creamy texture, then Clean On Me. I don’t know what else to tell you, expect it smells divine and leaves my skin soft and clean. I’m serious when I say you need to smell this!
There is also a Naughty but Spice trio which contains larger sizes of the body wash and body butter as well as a body spray for £14. Well worth the buy if you ask me. I have put this on my Christmas wishlist as it’s to divine!
Glitz the Girl | £8.50
Soap and Glory have a quite a few makeup kits out this year, four of which are £10 or less. Glitz the Girl is a really great value little set of mini products that would be perfect for teens. Three products to take your makeup from day look, to party ready, perfect!
Makeup Set Contains:
Spectaculips Matte-allic in pink charming 4ml
In truth, I’m not a big metallic lip fan but I think if there is ever a time I’m going to reach for them, it’s Christmas. Soap and Glory make really fantastic lip products, and the Spectaculips is no exception. This pearly pink is a really pretty shade, that would look amazing on those with cool undertones. I find it looks a little frosty on me but works well as a spotlight shade. Dabbed onto the centre of the lips, just to give them some added dimension. It smells like vanilla and dry’s down instantly. I don’t find this to be a drying formula and it feels really undetectable on the lips. A fun shade for the party season.
Goldy Luxe Golden Face Glitter Gel 7ml
Who can resist a bit of golden sparkle this time of year. Goldy Luxe is a really versatile product that can be used in a multitude of ways, to add a bit of golden glow. Dabbed into the skin this transforms to a pretty light reflecting golden sparkle, that doesn’t look to heavy. I have done a heavy swatch so you can see the colour but it blends out to a very wearable, budge-proof, soft golden shimmer. I love gold shades and this a great little product to add some extra oomph to your party makeup look. The only rules is, avoid your eyes!
Swatches from left to right: Crazy Sexy Kohl in Smoulder, Spectaculips Matte-allic in pink charming & Goldy Luxe Golden Face Glitter Gel (not blended).
Crazy Sexy Kohl Eyeliner in Smoulder 0.3g
A black eyeliner is always appreciated and Crazy Sexy Kohl is a gorgeous rich black liner that doesn’t tug at the eyes. Creamy and long lasting I love the formula. I usually tightline with black pencil liners and this really does the trick.
Stealing the Show this Season
Glitz The Season products range from £5 to £60. There really is something for every price point. I really don’t think you can go wrong with an Soap & Glory set. They are usually in the 3 for 2 offer at Boots, which makes it an even better deal. My top pick would definitely be, The Naughty but Spice duo, the scent is so perfect for this time of year and totally intoxicating. I want to smell like baked plums and cinnamon for the rest of the year.
What is your favourite Soap and Glory Product?
I love Soap and Glory, and they always have fab gift sets for Christmas! That metallic lipstick looks like such a beautiful colour, I’m not normally a fan of metallic lips either, but that colour is calling my name. It seems like a great set xx
Hannah | luxuryblush
They really do nail it every year, I don’t think anyone would be disappointed to receive an S&G set. I was impressed by the Formula of the metallic lips, I’m going to investigate what other shades they have as it just may be the product to convert me. Thanks for reading xx
