I absolutely love discovering eco friendly and natural brands and Evolve Organic Beauty may be my best find yet. Handmade in small batches here in England, this organic skincare, bodycare and haircare brand has really impressed me with the few products I’ve tried so far.

My introduction to Evolve Organic Beauty was actually from a beauty subscription box. When I received a sample of the Tropical Blossom Body Butter (the product that inspired this haul!) I instantly fell in love. I haven’t subscribed to any beauty boxes in a while, as I was just overwhelmed with the amount of product I was accumulating but they have introduced me to some excellent brands, this one included.

Who are Evolve Organic Beauty?

So if you aren’t familiar with this fab brand, let me share more. Based in Hertfordshire, England; Evolve Organic Beauty is handmade in a wind powered eco studio. Using only fresh, natural; oils, butters and extracts their products are award winning and for a good reason. On first try I could see what was so special about this brand. Offering a variety of skincare, haircare and bodycare products, perfect for all beauty lovers.

For my first haul I picked up three bodycare products, but I have my eye on some skincare/ haircare for my next too! Basically I just want to try it all.

Tropical Blossom Body Butter | £18

The Tropical blossom Body Butter is what started the love affair for me and promoted me to make an order. The scent is truly divine, not fruity, more sweet and floral with notes of Gardenia and Hibiscus. 

Made from organic shea butter and natural Tahitian coconut Monoi. Depending on the temperature of your room, this will either start off as a solid or more of a soft consistency, similar to coconut oil. Either way, as soon as it comes into contact with the warmth of your skin this turns into a luxurious oil that glides over the skin.

The beautiful aromas really last and it’s so incredibly nourishing without being sticky or greasy.

Don’t fear if you have eczema prone skin, like I do. This has been fabulous for hydrating and keeping my skin soft and smooth without any irritation. I would go as far to say as this is one of my all time favourite body butters. I adore oils in all areas of beauty, and this luxurious skin treat really ticks every box I have for a quality and enjoyable to use product. Smell like a goddess and have glistening, soft skin to match!

Tropical Blossom Body Polish | £22

The Tropical Blossom Body Polish has the same absolutely divine scent as the Body Butter. I just knew it would be a match made in heaven. This is a coarse sugar scrub, the oils turn milky when wet to nourish your skin while you scrub. My skin feels wonderful smooth and buffed and really nourished thanks to the stellar combination of sweet almond oil and Tahitian Monoi.

Surround yourself in the beautiful aroma of the Tropical Blossom scent while scrubbing away rough patches to reveal smooth, soft skin that feels nourished and cared for.

I am a bit of a body scrub fiend and tend to use up a tub in no time at all, so I have to tone it down with this as it is a smaller size at only 180ml. That being said you don’t need handfuls to get the job done. The organic sugar provides the right amount of scrubbing action without aggravation. I like to scrub about once a week to keep my skin extra soft.

Cotton Fresh Natural Deodorant Cream | £10

The Cotton Fresh Natural Deodorant Cream caught my eye just before checkout. I have tried natural deodorants in the past and often quickly given up on them. This felt like a really good time to give it another go and the reviews made me think this may be the one I have been looking for. This is called a cream but it has a more dry waxy consistency. To use, smooth a fingertip sized amount onto clean and dry skin. The warmth of your skin will help it glide on.

I am now at the point where I love this deodorant and find it really effective. I am unable to use aerosol deodorants, so my go-to in the past has always been roll-on. Switching to a pot deodorant has been fine for me but it may be a learning curve for some.

Staying Fresh

Shea butter is a natural anti-inflammatory, to soothe skin. Coconut oil to moisturise and ward off unwanted bacteria and sodium bicarbonate to deodorise and absorb excess moisture. I could do a whole separate post on natural deodorants the pro’s and cons and why I wanted to make the switch but for now I will keep it short and sweet and say;

It’s been a positive swap and I’m glad I have found a product that keeps me fresh and dry throughout the day.

This is more than I would usually spend on a deodorant but I felt it was a worthy investment. I may do an update when I’m close to finishing this as I am only a month in. So far so good.

The natural deodorant detox

I will be honest with you, I wasn’t smelling like a basket of roses by the end of the day in the first two weeks of testing this out. This isn’t my first attempt with natural deodorant but I have always given up during the detox stage because I work with others and don’t want the embarrassment. Since working at home, It seems as good a time as any to go through the process. Once you break through that initial period, your body adjusts and it begins to work as intended.

Evolve Greener

I am so happy with my haul, it’s been so nice to treat myself to some beautiful artisan body care products. My love has only grown for this gold standard brand. If you try one thing, make it the Tropical Blossom Body Butter. I want to buy a jar for everyone I know.
