Affordable Serums and Primers. Part 1
We all know and love Revolution makeup; they are affordable, great quality and bang-on trend. I was so excited to see they have ventured into skincare as well. Bringing something new to our highstreet. After putting these to the test for the past two months, here is the full load down on these products.
Bath products to win any heart
This year’s Lush Valentines collection has got to be my favourite yet. When I saw the emoji bath bombs shared online, I knew I wouldn’t be able to resist them. I asked for a few products from the collection for my birthday, so I didn’t break my no-buy and this is what I chose.
Beauty products I’ve used up
Empties have become quite a regular feature on my blog. Last year I vowed to only repurchase things, once I had made a bigger dent in my stash. I’m pleased to say I have really seen an increase in the amount of empties I have as a result.
Eloping in New York City
On the 5th Feb 2018, my boyfriend of 9 years asked me to marry him. Now almost a year on, our wedding is getting incredibly close. With our special day on the horizon, I wanted to share a few of our hopes and plans.
Recap of my year
Dear Diary… Before I get back into the swing of things, I wanted to take a moment to reflect on the past 12 months. 2018 was an incredible year, there were some pretty big milestones in my life that made it a year to remember. After 2017 brought its fair share of difficulties, I felt like I really found my happiness in 2018. It’s a year I will never forget!
Razor Subscription Box
Practical, convenient and rose gold? Friction Free Shaving ticks all the boxes. When FFS asked if I would like to try their shaving subscription, I was delighted to give their razor and shaving products a try.
5 products I’ve been loving
As a self proclaimed skincare junkie, I’m always on the hunt for products that are going to transform my skin and make me look like the glowing goddess I aspire to be. These five products have been stealing the show for me and making a huge difference in my routine. Some are more recent favourites and a few are holy grail products.
Glitz the Season
Every holiday season, Soap and Glory treats us too some truly fabulous gifts sets, sure to delight all. This year is no exception, their Glitz The Season circus theme sets may be my favourite collection yet. Perfect for the gifting season, I can’t imagine anyone wouldn’t be delighted to see a familiar pink box hidden underneath the tree.
Clearing out my stash
I always like to do a declutter every few months to make some space in my collection. Find new homes for things that are unloved, or to clear out products that have expired. When pulling everything out to go through, I noticed a large pile of one product type in particular… palettes! So for this post, I wanted to focus on what palettes I’m getting rid of and why.
My must have unique accessory this Autumn
As the leaves fall from the trees and the nights get colder, I like to alter my style to suit the changing season. When I first discovered Jord wooden watches, I knew it was the perfect unique piece for this Autumn.
